ALTHOUGH ONE OF MANY IN THE LOUNGES COLLECTION, THE MEET AND GREET STOOD OUT AS A SPECIAL TOUCH, WITH RICHARD THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, MAKING A DIFFERENCE TO OUR ARRIVAL, WITH HIS OPENESS AND KIND APPROACH. SAM THE BARMAN ENSURED FROM START TO FINISH THAT NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE, WITH A PERSONALITY TO MATCH. JAMES THE HEAD CHEF WAS TRANSPARENT AND KNOWLEDGABLE GIVING EFFICIENT ADVICE ON THE MENU ALONG WITH AN EXPLANATION TO SPECIAL DIETRY REQUESTS, CLEARLY VERY EXPERIENCED AS A CHEF. ADDA A WONDERFUL WAITRESS THAT HAD EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND DELIVERED A SERVICE THAT REFLECTED HER ENJOYMENT IN THE ROLE SHE WORKED. ALL THE STAFF PROVIDED AN EXPERIENCE THAT CLEARLY SHOWED THEY WORKED WELL ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE, BUT AS A TEAM THEY EXCELLED. THE WHOLE TEAM WERE ALL PASSIONATE AND GAVE SERVICE FROM THE HEART, YET IT WAS SUCH A PLEASURE TO HAVE A TEAM MADE UP OF VARIOUS PEOPLE WITH THEIR OWN INDIVIDUALITY, THIS WENT TO MAKING THE VISIT DIFFERENT IN A VERY SPECIAL WAY, AS THEIR PERSONALTIES ALL SHONE THROUGH. DUE TO AN OUTSTANDING VISIT, WHERE EACH MEMBER OF THE TEAM WERE CONSCIENTIOUS AND ENTHUSIATIC, IS THE REASON WE ARE HUGE SUPPORTERS OF THE LOUNGES AND THEY ARE THE REASON WE SHALL BE RETURNING REGULARLY AND RECOMMENDING PETALO LOUNGE AS A PROFESSIONAL DINING EXPERIENCE WHERE YOU DONT HAVE TO JUST VISIT WHEN SHOPPING AT SPRINGFIELDS OUTLET`, INSTEAD THIS IS A DESTINATION POINT, WELL WORTH MAKING A SPECIAL TRIP FOR !! 100% EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS, THANKS TO ALL THE TEAM, WE WISH YOU WELL IN YOUR CAREERS....

Visited peak time Saturday evening.

The restaurant was packed and very busy, we were greeted in good time and made aware there would be a short wait for a table (which was fine and a time kept to) and directed to the bar.

Once seated we were made aware as to how to order (either at the bar or could make use of a QR order system from the table.)

Despite how busy it was the staff were always incredibly friendly and professional and I wasn't made to feel like I was rushed or a burden.

Food itself once ordered came out in good time (first up the tapas board and then mains) and was fantastic quality and well priced.

We also made our way through quite a bit of the cocktail menu, with them all being made up to order and definitely not the cheap ones from a can that you get in some places.

As for the restaurant itself it was well presented, clean and maintained. There is also free WiFi available.

Visited Petalo Lounge for dinner on 9/11/24 after a fun evening at Springfield Winter Wonderland. From the start, the experience was great: we were greeted by a friendly waiter who let us pick our table and gave a quick rundown of how to order. The app ordering and payment process was straightforward, making things easy.

We ordered the Nasi Goreng, Beef Brisket Chilli, and Buttermilk Fried Chicken. The food arrived quickly, and each dish was impressive. The Nasi Goreng stood out in particular with its perfect level of spice and outstanding flavor. The drinks arrived before the food, which was nice, though my Passionfruit Martini came pre-mixed with prosecco – I prefer it on the side in a shot glass, but that’s a small preference.

The decor is stylish and inviting, a fantastic update from the old Frankie & Benny’s, which felt a bit lackluster. Overall, a great atmosphere and a meal that will definitely...
