I have never been so appalled and distraught going into an establishment in my life. A family of five including myself and my 83 year old grandma go in for lunch. Not only was the experience of ordering so chaotic despite us being the only customers at the time, the communication was not clear between customer and staff. My grandma ordered a simple sandwich of the menu- which god knows how the staff managed to mess up. After 30 minutes of waiting for our sandwich’s we sit down to eat. Her sandwich was completely wrong, my grandma was very upset after all the hassle and went to the till to ask for a new one. The staff were cocky, rude and not only that. They were laughing at her. Laughing at an old confused 83 year old woman who just wanted a sandwich. 3 Women were cackling in the back whilst they made some young boy serve her. My grandmother is a very sweet old lady, she was confused, upset and did not deserve this treatment all...

Updated!! Morning staff are very friendly! Those 2 ladies make us smile ear to ear when they're working. Always have a good laugh with them! Food always pipping hot.

Since they changed the management, sacked everyone and got new people in it has been horrendous, we now want to avoid it. They're constantly on a go slow. We walk in, it empty, it'll take someone 5 minutes to even acknowledge we are there, no-one says 'I'll be with you in a minute' or 'sorry for the wait'. Today the manager was breaking up boxes rather than serve us. The previous time someone came in behind us and they was served first, apparently he was more important cause he was in a suit 🙄 sort this out. The worker Courtney is the only good...
