il Mulino — Restaurant in South Kesteven

We ordered on foodhub the special for 2 pizzas and a garlic bread for £19.90 and the order got accepted by the restaurant. However they called me and stated they don't do that offer anymore even though its on their website and was outside their window that day (see picture) When I questioned it they said they haven't done that offer for months and haven't updated the app yet. So we paused hoping because its their mistake they would be happy to do the offer for us, however they said the best they can do is pasta and garlic bread for £24 which is not our order. We said no we didn't want that, they offered no alternative offer, order got cancelled.

Not happy with their attitude on the phone also, made it feel like it was our fault this...

My friend and I had a nice meal at Il Mulino again last week. The restaurant was full so it was very noisy and we could hardly hear ourselves speak! Not much can be done about that, I know. We both had bolognese. The cutlery on the table was steak knives and forks. We could use the forks but asked one of the waitresses for spoons too, which I believe is usual with spaghetti. She said yes and went behind the bar. She never did bring the spoons and we weren't able to attract anyone else's attention...

Amazing Italian food! 🍕🍝 First time trying Il Mulino for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were lovely and it was a very nice atmosphere. We had two starters including Bruschetta and a mushroom dish (see the cheese pull), both delicious. Then had the spaghetti carbonara and a ham & mushroom pizza. The pizza was massive so had half of it left to go in a takeaway box! Would definitely recommend to everyone as it gives the Italian chain restaurants a run for their money! Fantastic will be...
