Remarkably poor experience - firstly they forgot to take my order, when I asked someone they said I’d have to place my order with someone else?! Then they forgot to bring my food. When I chased the food at the till I was told “I thought you had already eaten it”. When it arrived there was only 2 of the 3 tiny pancakes advertised. I queried this and was told “I thought you wanted a small one as it’s for a child” which I found strange as I had already paid £6.95 which is the cost of the adults size? 5star customer service. A quick lunch and drink 100% recommend. We had soup and it came with tasty bread and a fab selection of drinks available. Excellent phone manner when reserving our table as can get busy, but Kirsty was amazing and equally had outstanding customer focus at the table for service .The lady boss was so kind and friendly and came over to make us welcome and made an effort to make us feel special . Popped in here for the first time on Saturday after hearing glowing praise from friends and wasn't disappointed. The service was attentive, the food was great and the cost reasonable. My wife and I both had the New Yorker sandwich, which was possibly the best we've had, the balance of ingredients was just perfect and I thoroughly recommend trying it if you can.
