Angel Cafe — Restaurant in South Norfolk

Lucky enough to have this little gem on my doorstep. Popped in today for lunch with a friend and had a truly fantastic time. The coffee as always was good and the service was with a smile. Especially grateful to our waitress Lily who made the whole experience so much better. She was professional,friendly and knowledgeable about the menu - all of this was served with a fantastic smile. They really seem to have a fantastic team of staff at the angel and this does really make a welcoming atmosphere . It really makes a difference when staff are so nice. Today we visited this lovely cafe, and we were thoroughly impressed. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tasteful, with a choice of outside seating or cozy nooks with comfortable seating. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Now, let’s talk about the food. A perfectly cooked "All Day Breakfast" they use good quality food, cooked to perfection, making every bite a delight, and served with a lovely pot of tea, just the way we like it. Found the place (thanks to Google & it’s great rating) close to our destination to test drive a car.

It took over 2 hours of dull driving from London to get here ... but even if the car is a let down ... the English Brekkie we just had more than makes up for the long trip.

A standard English breakfast can be SO much more than its simple ingredients and this is by a long way the best I can recall ever enjoying.

Superb quality ingredients & prepared with a sensitivity to making the most of them just can’t be beaten!
