Diss is not enriched with the best pubs, but this is one I visit regularly and introduce to others as often as I can. The bar prices are a little high at £4.70 for a pint of Guinness but the place is clean with a reasonable amount of very comfortable seating. The bar has its patrons who will happily share a tale or two with you making for a pleasant environment. Staff are friendly and do their best to get to you quickly. First time visitor and lone female drinker. I found this to be a lovely pub with a great selection of draught lager, ale and cider. Good variety of bottled goods and top shelf.
