Domino's Pizza - Wymondham — Restaurant in South Norfolk

Edit: (105 minutes for cold food) Well, it's sad how this has changed, don't know if it's new management, or just a terribly unfortunate event, but wow, this was wild.

Although I don't order here much, a handful of times a year, last order was probably 3 months ago, it wasn't amazing, but was quick and nice.

So, food took 105 minutes to come, once arrived, was cold, wasn't the happiest after waiting that long, with no advice on the time scale, which they have done in the past if it'll be over 50 minutes, let alone double that.

They did offer a refund upon complaint, which I wasn't expecting.

So, as the combo box was undercooked, it was easy to finish cooking and enjoyed it, even if it was 2 hours after ordering, but the pizza, I don't know if there's a cheese shortage, but no exaggeration, half the pizza towards the centre was the only part with cheese, the larger outside area had none, and that cheese it did have, oh how deceptive that was, looked like cheese, bit it, no cheese! Must of been the thinnest amount possible, so thin, it had glazed the base, and that's it, so didn't taste like cheese, just base, didn't even have sauce on it.

Happy with the refund, not happy with no courtesy call in regards to wait time, or with waiting 2 hours to eat, having to finish cooking the food myself, or the main part being inedible.

Old review: Always had bad experiences in other stores, tried it to see what this one was like, I've now been around 5 times, foods been great, service has been fast, changed my mind about...

Not very impressed with this branch. The last 2 times we’ve ordered they’ve missed items off the order. Previously (before the last 2 times) it’s something like the big dip and we stopped ordering them to save the hassle. But last time it was a garlic bread - which wasn’t a big deal though we did miss it. Got a refund. Tonight it was a whole pizza! Yes a whole pizza, how do you miss a whole pizza off of an order. Phoned up and got told that they wanted to issue me a refund, because delivery was an 2 hour wait and honestly didn’t think that was good enough! Because that was a meal and lunch tomorrow for someone… yes I understand it’s a busy night with the football. But it’s not hard to tick off a delivery before bagging it to ensure it’s all there, especially an entire pizza. That’s a big thing to miss completely off...

Ordered a pizza to collect when I went to collect and pay with cash has I didn’t have card they told me that they didn’t take cash..I explained that I had lost my card and is there any other way of paying so the manager came out and said he will pay with he’s card and I can give him the cash..we’ll the rudeness that I got from a del driver who was talking to me which I couldn’t understand has he had he’s helmet on and the other two staff because I said I didn’t understand what he was saying after me saying this they said that the manger couldn’t pay with he’s card it was against the rules of domino’s…I’ve literally never been in a fast food place to be spoken and treated in a barbaric way love domino’s but staff need to learn how to speak and not be so sarcastic and Dame rude..absolute poor...
