Greggs — Restaurant in South Norfolk

Rudeness isn't usually found at Gregg's. But however being told to stand outside due to restricting numbers I can understand if you are going to be consistent I waited outside and when one customer left I stepped in and got told to stay out side as to many members of public inside if that's the case the person with 2 teenagers in with her and the lady and the the 2 guys should've had the same thing said.

At one point nothing was said about the 5 people inside but when I step in in told together out

I frequent Gregg's regularly but wint anymore as it is the manner in which I was told to stay out not the rule...

Y'know, I usually love Gregg's, but I popped into this branch today with a friend and wasn't overly impressed. I only saw one member of staff. The place had food debris on tables and under tables on the floor. Our coffees were fine, but my steak bake was not hot, barely warm to the touch, and was more full of gravy than meat. My friends bag of 10 mini doughnuts were dry and hardening and pretty much tasteless. Toilets were clean though. Overall - I'm genuinely sad to say on this occasion - not up to the standards I've come to expect of Gregg's which are...

An ok Greggs but someone thinks they’re bill gates and decided to tamper with WiFi settings and now you can’t access google or app stores etc. so now the only thing the WiFi does is let you use google maps, great if you just need that feature but if you want funny cat videos to pass 15 minutes dream on, food slides a little towards mediocre too which seems to be because the manager is prioritising getting fellow Palestinians to fill the job roles here rather than capable...
