Pizza Plus — Restaurant in South Norfolk

Literally the worst take away I’ve ever had. I’m a fat fella, so have plenty of experience with takeaways. This place has consistently been the worst but tonight tops it.

Requested a 19:00 delivery through the app, it turned up at 18:00. Doner kebab was cold and crunchy! Lettuce on the salad was brown and the cucumber was dry and shrivelled up and was the same for my Mrs kebab wrap! Add to that the chicken I had also was dry and clearly from at least yesterday all equals an absolute waste of £27!!

When I’ve been in collecting food before, I’ve watched them just hang up on customers on the phone, so knew there was no point calling to complain. Have had previous orders that they delivered consistently wrong and when the right bits did arrive, they were cold!!

Pizza Plus is my go-to place for Pizza & Chicken in the local vicinity, and one of the few restaurants that deliver to my rural village outside of the Harleston market town - Uncomplicated and drama-free. I have noticed a couple of other reviews, and I can only believe, like in all villages - you have the disgruntled racist, along with the gas-lighting sociopath, and the envious narcissist.

It's a fantastic, busy Pizza & Chicken place - they have the chicken down to tee - and they are located in a heritage, grade-listed building. I am writing the review right now, in the restaurant, and I've just had chicken & chips, and it was awesome. Ordered a pizza delivery to wingfield today, absolutely disgusted with the delivery driver. Wingfield is 5.3 miles away from Harleston, not 8! You come to my door was nothing but rude telling me not to order again because YOU got lost we order from pizza plus delivery at least once a week and have never been told we can’t order! Also, you chucked my drinks on the floor and almost dropped my pizza, then after your rudeness and already adding extra money onto my bill without telling me despite this never happening before you didn’t have the change and I had to over pay even after he was nothing but pure rude to me.
