Was dissapointed this time. Always came here and had no issues but this time was frustrating. Firstly I left a comment asking for BBQ sauce as I knew it came with garlic dip which I didn't want so I asked for a sauce I'd eat and sadly I got garlic and herb so that went in the bin (when he read about my allergy he read out about the be sauce also) What a waste. My pizza had a few random pineapples on it.. I didn't order a pizza with pineapples, the cheese was quite runny. The worst thing was that we spent a lot of money on their most expensive special offer and I have a huge issue with chocolate cakes as it gives my palpitations and triggers my anxiety and the only desert was chocolate. When I called and said about this I felt punished for not being able to eat chocolate. I asked for one Ben and jerrys tub instead of two puds but they all contained chocolate but I asked for one which didn't have much and he didn't seem happy and said he will do it just this one time. I was quite shocked by this and really didn't appreciate the way he made me feel like a burden. It's not my fault but he made it out to be. This used to be a great go to place for us but sadly we will try the others around before we go...

Not sure what has happened to caprinos used to be a decent place to order pizza but now it's terrible you order online which is ok you specify what crust you want and without olives to which no one seems to read. You then phone to complain that the order is wrong.the lady on the phone was helpful to say we can send a new pizza or we can get a free one next time as we already had our other pizza it would get cold waiting to get another pizza and have the wrong order taken away we choose the free as good will.Then around five minutes later my partner receives a phone call I can only assume is the manager saying we have ordered wrong they are right we can send the pizza back as it's our mistake. Have to say customer service is beyond a joke with there (his) attitude. Used to really enjoy caprinos the food is good when you get the right order just need to improve there...
