So this is my first time ordering since last year. I had food poisoning last year requested someone to look into it and didn't really hear back.
I gave the benefit of the doubt, figured maybe a one off, you know we are all human etc. So ordered again today. Rider seemed to stop somewhere for a few mins on his way too me and then when he arrived he made me open and get the pizza out of the bag (never have they never at least started to take it out for me) because it was hot. Sort of annoying but again ok maybe they just burnt themselves or something I don't know.
Then first product bit into has onions in there when they shouldn't have been any so clearly something had been cross contaminated while they were preparing my fresh made food. I can't eat the rest of the food now just in case something I have an allegy to has also been added to food it shouldn't and have reached out again but no doubt they will ignore this too.
I'd avoid... maybe I was just unlucky but 2 serious incidents within a year just doesn't make me feel comfortable

Read moreWANTED ME TO PAY TWICE. I placed a small order online and a larger order in store and decided to pay for both together, as I was there. While waiting, I went to the nearby shops, came back 10 minutes later and was told the online order still needs to be paid for. I explained I'd already paid the guy that was here 10 minutes ago and to go ask him. Was difficult for them to understand as it seems their command of the English language was very limited. I was told that's fine but by the expression on their faces it seemed like I had got away with murder. Luckily I had requested receipts, I went back in after picking them up from the car and showed them and said I don't like being falsely accused of not having paid, he then said "it's okay I spoke to the other guy". Still not okay to accuse someone like that, label up your labels correctly, or send staff back on training. Read moreSo tonite I have ordered a pizza and collected it once I arrived home to my surprise the pizza is incorrect . So I rang and asked why I seem to have the wrong pizza ??? Instead of apologising they blamed me and said I ordered a hot and spicy !!!! I ordered a New Yorker how do u get the 2 so incorrect . I also stated they calls are recorded so please check the conversation clearly as I have never eaten hot and spicy . So me being polite asked can they deliver me a new one and was told can take up to 40 mins . So I decieded I will be a nice person again and go collect it . I asked if they would like this pizza back aswell and they said oh yes please and I reminded them legal thy can not resell it . I asked if I can please have a free upgrade from medium to large for all my inconviance and the blame and I was told this is not possible .
