Henley Piazza — Restaurant in South Oxfordshire

The worst place ever. The managers are the worst. Will never ever come again Ordered food waited for 25min it started to rain badly . So about 15 of us run under umbrella that pulls out from the front of property. Manager decides to put the umbrella back in. We all git soaked. It took few people to complain and then they put it back . We all got completely soaked.the last dry tables got soaked and the seats.i said why ? The staff said speak to the manager they refused to come and speak just gave horrid look. We were standing and eating our food and the guy comes ant takes the sauces of our table. I said we eating he said he is closing . It was 4.40pm they close 5.55. He took the sauces and completely ignored us so so rude. We decided on an impromptu visit last Saturday as a family afternoon out...

The large green, overlooking the beautiful river, is a beautiful setting for a picnic and family fun playing ball/frisbee. It really is a great feeling to look out and see the view with so many like minded families doing the same.

We decided to make the visit a bit special and hired a little motor boat, which was expensive but a good experience.

Finished up with an ice cream for our daughter and a play in the kids park - great day out and we'll be back for more of the same soon!

One warning is that parking is very limited by the river but if no spaces there, I think there is other parking in...

Good food for the price. Mooring nearby is free between 10am and 3pm. Staff are a bit non-vocal that may explain some of the other reviews, but we had no complaints about the service we received. Chips were truly excellent, but it's the first cafe/restaurant in the UK I've visited that doesn't offer jam with the teacakes. Also coffee is instant (but priced...
