I love the museum, the food and drinks are good and I enjoy coming here and have been many times. However coming yesterday with family I was shocked at the inflexibility and rudeness of the male member of staff who served us. He really acted like our simple questions and requests were a massive inconvenience. He made a big deal about how none of the toasties could be personalised (which was fine- we ordered something else), then went to great pains to tell me how plain the kids wraps are (I know - I am ordering them for toddlers and I have ordered them many times before) and then he acted really inconvenienced when I went up and asked if I could get the glass of cold milk for a toddler from him, before all the adult coffees were served (as the other 4 kids already had their drinks). Really unnecessary considering we were very organised with our list of orders for a big group, very helpful by fetching all our own drinks and we were polite. We spent £85 but didn't stay for any cakes or anything else because he was so unpleasant.
