Wonderland, Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in South Ribble

There was an error on my just eat order, which I noticed immediately, so I rang up the restraunt and asked if they could change the 'sweet and sour pork' in to the 'sweet and sour chicken balls'. They immediately became defensive and stated that is was my fault and they wouldn't, I assumed the lady was having a bad day until I heard the boss screaming in Her ear... I stated there's no price difference in which she turned and said my entire meal had been cooked. Which I am very impressed at their cooking skills to cook several meals within 2 minutes of ordering, yet only delivering the food in 1hr20mins, didn't really add up. I stated this, she then replied that her boss said he would change it this once but 'I should never dare order from there again'. I obviously was taken back from this, they were asked to kindly change an order and they had erupted in this. Most reputable places would have agreed kindly or even said yes it would cost however, or formulate and agreement. Not this place, her boss became extremely verbally aggressive towards her and me whilst she condemned me and said it was all my fault and never contact them again. So much for 'the coustomers always right'. I won't be ordering from here again, and I'll make sure no one does I know, it's a shame because I've ordered from here before with out any problems. However the way I was talked to and treated I will be making an official complaint. Just so everyone knows in future, don't have the audacity to change ya minor detail in the first 2 minutes!!!! How dare I. I will now sit here and contemplate if they've done anything to my food and if it's safe to eat!...

So last time we were here we were very disappointed (see the write up below) . We thought we would give it one more go.m and we are so glad we did . The staff were extremely friendly. The service was spot on and the food was great . We will be back So we have changed it from a 2 star to 5 as we can’t fault it . Many thanks

review Absolutely gutted . We love going wonderland usually but today was a massive let down . Firstly we had to help ourselves to menus and find a seat , the Diet Coke tasted like cheap rola cola, The lad serving us gave us the opinion we were an inconvenience rather than a customer. The soup had very little flavour and the starters were brought to the table at the same time as the soup. So it was cold by the time you finished your soup. And soup dishes weren’t cleared away The duck was a chewy texture and when the mains came the egg fried rice was egg boiled rice definitely not fried and the sauces with the mains were all watery and not the usual consistency.

Absolutely awful.spent 55quid, our food arrived cold, the munchie box was pathetic ( we had one in the past and it was awesome) the ribs in the munchie box were horrible tasting, and the crispy beef dish we got was also horrible. So after heating everyrging up in the microwave the only food that was edible was the rice and noodles. I rang to complain and was told the driver was sat outside ten mins/ they are all running late tonight/ we don't normally cover your area (!!) / sometimes they overcook the beef The only reccompense I was offered was 10% off the next order. I asked them to resend some dishes and they said they didn't really want to give the 10% so there was no chance.
