A little gem of a cafe. I'm not a regular to Leyland, this was my first time in the main shopping area. Having walked the high street, I came accross this place, so popped in for a cuppa and some fruit tea loaf (I'd not long had breakfast) beautiful vibe inside, lovely decor, nice music, friendly staff. The place was busy but there were a couple of tables inside (they also have some outside too) While trying to avoid the cake stand, a cheeky Turkish Delight Cheesecake kept shouting my name, caved in and bought a slice to take away (it was delicious, the cake inside was a surprise too) I like that they have a pay if forward board. Read moreAlways have a great experience when we visit. The food is always absolutely perfect, and we love the Ladies and Gents running it (but they know that!). Amazing with our two year old son, and he always demolishes his food! Great with all dietary requirements (my husband has coeliac disease), he is never worried when eating here. He knows he's in safe hands. I had to leave a review this time, because I've just had the best St Clements cake I've ever had. Bacon well overcooked and obviously left somewhere warm. It was so crisped I couldn't put fork thru it Had to eat it with my fingers.
