Went in yesterday on the 14/05 just as it opened with my husband and son. My son who is autistic and has special needs had a meltdown as he has not been here in a while so had to order takeout. We figured we would get him used to it so decided to try and go in person as cant be expected to stay in forever. As soon as he got upset an older woman who was staff looked disgusted and was shaking her head. Kids do this and I am very surprised she didn’t have more tact or understanding. We used to be loyal customers but won’t be going back after this experience. This is supposed to be an ice cream parlour that deals with children and should be used to such things and shouldn’t be making people...

What a lovely little find. Great American 50s theme with booths giving it a funky feel. Extensive light bite menu, wonderful sweet treat menu. I had the breakfast bap which was a soft bap with bacon and sausage and was really tasty with good quality products. Staff were both really welcoming and friendly and yet another place that accepts dogs and provides for them. Finished off with the best pistachio ice cream ever. Lovely ambience with a relaxed and welcoming feel. Daily specials and student discounts available. Went back the next day with friends for a lovely lunch. Very child friendly on a weekend, quieter abd more adult...

So great Sundaes, great atmosphere will certainly visit again but staff just need to slightly be more attentive. They are polite but three standing looking in mid air as I had to ask to clear table of my breakfast, no wipe of table then had to ask for to order a sundae and had to wake up staff in a trance to get a drink. Jus think wipe tables and if a course is finished go and clear the table and you will then be great It was Saturday at 3pm. Please note staff were friendly just needed to be a bit attentive overall...
