Disclaimer: we are a couple, my partner is vegetarian. We decide to go eat something quickly at All Bar One in Watermark (SOU). I go at the till to make my order and pay and the girl at the till did not seem aware of the food served in the restaurant, but this is a meaningless detail. In my order there was a fruit French toast with ice cream (according to the menu this dish is served just for breakfast up to 1pm, it was 2pm when we were there), and I order a coconut curry with chicken. We then order 2 drinks such as a winter latte with whipped cream and choc buttons and still water.
After a couple of minutes the same girl who took my order came and served us the drinks, the latte was wrongly made as it was without whipped cream and the the other ingredients, basically a plain latte. We make her aware of the mistake and she goes to change it saying sorry. After 20 min of waiting for food a different employee approached us saying that the colleague at the till made a mistake and she should have warned us that the French toast was part of the breakfast menu, therefore asking us to choose a different dish from the menu, so my partner ordered another vegetarian dish. After 10 more min she came back saying that the chef was sorry for us and willing to prepare the toast anyway (which was nice of them). After 15 extra minutes from that moment, eventually our food arrived and surprise, they brought the wrong toast with maple syrup and bacon on top (after saying twice she is vegetarian)!!! So we had to wait again 15 min, they brought to us a toast which was not even toasted, without butter, eggs, without any dressing, but just a splash of jam, a scoop of ice cream and a couple of fruits. The worst part is that nobody said sorry and the mistake was coming from them on the first place allowing us to order something which should not even be served at that time. In addition all the waitresses looked at us in an annoyed way as if the fault was ours, not showing politeness, compassion, or actually any emotion. In conclusion, when they seen us wearing our coats they squeezed in to creak the table not even asking if we were done but just getting rid of the dirty dishes as soon as possible.
We had a terrible time, ruined our day and moods, endless waiting time and nobody said sorry for a mistake that was coming from themselves. We are not being dramatic but it was a truly awful experience. They will never see us again and I have no other chance to invite people who decide to go there to look for somewhere different as this place does not deserve customers spending...

Updated (2) AVOID IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SCAMMED. Still no communication from them despite me trying to contact them. So to sum up my experience with this place - either the company or staff knowlgly stole from me.
Updated (1). Called as requested , did everything asked and was told someone would get back to me , noone has bothered. I guess the attitude of staff is not only reflected at this place but also within their offices as well Again, AVOID. THEY DO NOT GIVE THE REFUNDS THEY SAID THEY WOULD, EVEN AFTER CALLING AND SPEAKING TO SOMEONE. (I'll happily update this to reflect any further communication). Also, they only got in contact with me after a review, all other means of communication have been ignored. ORIGINAL REVIEW- Don't bother with this unorganised establishment. Go anywhere else.
Customer in front of me. "So you fed me beef when I asked for a vegan burger" no apology, guy took the correct burger from the kitchen as noone bothered to do anything. They also got a table of pre ordered meals wrong. Still didn't care and laughed about customers when serving staff were at the counter (not table).
Lack of service or care from most staff. Forgot our order, reminded them, gave up after over an hour wait.

So she was behind bar with another colleague (not serving anyone) but didn't come over, told we could sit where we like, asked if outside was OK, we asked shall we just put the table down ourselves, which we did, found and put down our own cushions, sat with no menus or idea how it worked. To cut a long story short, managed to order a coffee and then wait at bar to try and order food but then we left because non of the food options we could eat (large amount of menu, apparently delivery issue) were in stock. It was a relief really because the whole vibe was "go away", but if we had been met at the door and told that at the beginning then we could have got somewhere decent to eat sooner and not wasted a load of time trying to settle in.
Would be zero stars but the stars are for the friendly kitchen staff, male who was positive helpful and explained to me how it worked even though it was not his job and he was clearly going on break, and female who leaned out of hatch to direct me to the loo when she saw me looking around. So you have two lovely positive proactive customer focused team members but one like that on front of house would change things.
I checked out the reviews on designmynight to see that I'm definitely not alone in my experience. Being left to fend for yourself, an app and WiFi that doesn't work, lots offood out of stock, seems to be standard for the last 3 months.... Go somewhere else is my advise!!
