Quacking Experience at Kwackers: A Feather-rific Dining Adventure
From the moment we waddled through the doors of Kwackers in Southampton, our feathers were set to flutter with excitement. This restaurant, nestled in the heart of the city, promised a dining experience like no other, and boy, did it deliver!
Lily and Martin, the dynamic duo of hospitality, deserve a standing ovation for their unrivaled service. They quacked us up with their warmth and attentiveness, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of ducktacular. Their dedication to making our visit memorable was truly egg-ceptional, catering to our every whim with grace and charm.
The ambiance at Kwackers is simply quacktastic! The interior design had us in awe, with its sleek and modern décor that perfectly blended comfort with style. The playful yet sophisticated atmosphere made us feel right at home, while still offering a touch of whimsy that added to the overall charm of the place.
As if that weren't enough, the sports-themed entertainment was off the charts! The TV provided at our table allowed us to indulge in the NBA action while enjoying our meal. It was a slam dunk of an experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better way to enjoy our favorite sport.
But the real MVP of the evening was the playlist that had us quacking to the beat! With its 90’s vibes, it was like a trip down memory lane, filling the air with nostalgia and joy. My wife and I found ourselves head-bopping to the tunes, while our kids giggled and danced along, making for a truly unforgettable dining experience.
In conclusion, our visit to Kwackers was nothing short of quacktastic! From the impeccable service provided by Lily and Martin to the sensational ambiance and entertainment, every aspect of our evening was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to excellence. We left feeling full, happy, and already planning our next visit.

Read moreI ordered a burger. They are good but very tiny. Do not come with any side dishes. Our waitress was unfortunately not very experienced, not her fault, as she was very young. She was not replying to the customer questions and not providing more information. For example I wanted to know about the sides in order to know which side to order I don't like sweet and sour flavour and wanted to know if the mint salad was sweet, she told me she didn't know. Later I ordered the fudge cake, that comes with berries. I got a chocolate cake, no berries.
Replying to the owner: I ordered the beef burger, it wasn't a double patty, it was only one (see picture attached). So, either the owner is confused or I got the unfortunate one patty burger. I understand that the sides are not part of the dish. I just mention this because when I was choosing my side I wanted to know a bit more about the options, the waitress unfortunately was unable to help me and she didn't seem keen to ask for any details. She didn't seem to be assisted by anyone else, and she didn't know about the menu or the items in the menu. The same for the beer, when asking the type of beers on the menu she seem unaware of the differences, again, she received no help. In the end, as I was not explain about the ingredientes in some of the dishes I ended up asking for salted edamame beans as...
Read moreVisited this restaurant during our stay in Southampton. I had the full monty burger which was a beef burger, chicken burger and duck slices. The burger was nice in flavour but very greasy so I assume they deep fry everything, the fries portions are terrible for the price your paying and the plate layout looked as though the chef had no time and just scattered the fries around the plate. The dish was just a greasy burger with a few fries scattered around the plate. Side order portions are really small and again greasy, I had duck sping rolls which were no bigger than my thumb and the slaw they serve as a garnish is very basic and bland. No seasoning like salt was offered and sauces come in sachets. It seems very wetherspoons like there and again overpriced for the quality of the food. Unfortunately my wife couldn't eat the burger due to the amount of grease on the chicken burger, we took it with us but unfortunately for a £15 burger it ended in the bin. The only good thing was the service we received from the waitress who gave us directions to the nearest corner shop. My review is honest and based on...
