Herbies Pizza Southampton — Restaurant in Southampton

Awful. I ordered online on hungry house, I ordered party pack £24.99: 2 pizzas, 2 sides and a drink. I only received one side, so called the restaurant. They were disgustingly rude, said it was my fault as the 2nd side I ordered was just a dip. I tried to explain that it must b a glitch, the dip was the choice to go WITH the side n asked y I would order just a dip... they replied “ur fault, bye” n hung up!!! I live close by and own a local business, not only will I never order from here again I’ll tell all who will listen how disgraceful their service is. Absolutely useless customer service, placed order via just eat, waited an hour and a half, no show, walked up to the store who claimed they did not have our order then refused to look at the confirmation email I was trying to show them, kept dismissing me and telling me there is nothing they could do despite my full order details being on the email, refused to talk to me after this then told me to speak to just eat.

Just eat called them and they said I would not pick up my phone which is complete dribble, no missed calls, no attempt at contact.

Do not expect to to be able to communicate with them either, tried to call them several times hence having to...

I had planned a day trip to Southampton and was researching for ages on where to get food, I was torn between herbies pizza and another Chinese takeaway, I’m glad I chose herbies! The pizza was only 9.99 for a large (a deal for collection) so my expectations weren’t super high but I was impressed! Personally I don’t like a super crunchy crust and their crust was soft with the perfect amount of crunch and tasted amazing! The pizza took around 15 mins to cook which is understandable as it’s cooked fresh. It wasn’t too greasy and came with a garlic and herb dip. The guy at the counter was lovely too.
