Cheerz Pizza (St Albans) — Restaurant in St Albans

Just tried to order a pizza with sides an drink, for delivery and i was told to call back on another number because my phone number is with held, which I know and have ordered from them before, I normally give them my address details on the phone. its never been a issue before, right up to the other night.

However tonight the young chav sounding person taking the call has said that they don`t take orders from with held numbers.

I explained that I am a reguar an have been ordering from them and I always give my details of address. he was rude an said I need to call from anther phone!!

Oh well, you have just lost a loyal customer, just a note of advice to the owner of Cheerz Pizza in st albans - carefull who you employ , as they have just cost you a regular customer and will no doubt lose you more, with that attitude and rudeness.

As for the chav that answred the phone just now, at 7:40pm tonight which is the 7th Feb 2018 - you know who you are, you refuse to give your name but you should not be allowed to amswer the phones and take orders anyway, you are better suited to be in the back cleaning the pots an mopping the floors you rude, unprofessional and also learn how to speak english in a manner that people understand you not street lingo or like a gangster!?, dont speak like ALI G to customers! you lack in customer service skills an are ignorant, your manager should at the very least provided you with some customer service training if not sacking you by now!!, but as I said, you belong in the back cleaning the floor! you are losing the business customers.

I would of awarded zero stars, unfortunatelythe review system allows for minimum of start - which you are not...

After finding no way to complain or contact them via email or website, i decided to write a review.

it was a tasty topping idea (mexican chicken, pepperoni, mixed peppers and jalapenos) . after seeing their boast of the largest pizza in town, with plenty of people to feed, i thought i'd go 20 inch stuffed crust.

unfortunately, they used enough topping ingredients for a much smaller pizza but just spaced them out over the much larger base. there were inches between each bit of topping. very sparse and cheap. same with the amount of cheese on the base. not enough.

this was advertised with garlic sauce, which was ok, but far too much of it for the amount of toppings on the pizza.

the 'stuffed crust' was interesting, they haven't got the ingredients or the method right. there was definitely some soft-ish paste like cheese esque item around the rim near the edge, but it was not in the crust as such, like rolled or sealed how most half decent 'stuffed crust' pizza's are.

it was a good idea, but it needs some work on being executed properly. i would like to see an option to contact them to discuss food problems rather than having to write a review.

anyway delivery was quicker than the hour they estimated, but food...

Save your money. Pizza was ok rest was so awful we had to stop eating. Chips dry and white no seasoning £4 on there oen, burgers n nuggets domt come with any chips and so your forced to spend £10 for a soggy burger and revolting under cooked dry frozen chips. . Burger soggy and falling apart as so much sauce. Stuffed mushrooms just bit of mozerlla stuffed wer the stalk is no breadcrum no seasoning nothing. Tasted old and like oil. Never complained about anything but the nuggets wer 5 quid and had nochips or anything. Unfortunately when we called the owner because the whole sorry lot came to 30 quid he was so rude and aggressive in his response he point blank refused to accept there was anything wrong. I was gentle and courtoues in how i explained what was wrong, met by ridiculous rebuffe of " your the first person to complain EVER"" we have the best chips in town. " save your money go to medgrill down the road always delicious food...
