Viva Pizza — Restaurant in St Helens

It is the best fast food in town. If you are looking for that old hamburger style, full of flavour and very juicy, this is the place. The real deal. The chicken burger is also very good and well done. We have also tried the waffle with Nutella and strawberry. You have to try it. Been to viva a few times and the food is decent, but last time we went the app refused to take our payment twice, so we went and got cash out and paid in cash. Then found out they took the bank payment so we contacted the bank and had it refunded. Viva pizza phoned my missus and they spoke about the issue and it seemed like it was resolved but later found out these cheeky gits tried to dispute the bank claim and steal £80 of our money despite us having already paid in cash!!!! Previously ordered a versuvious pizza. Website says it comes with chilli sauce. When food arrived it came with green chilli. Unable to eat food due to this. Informed next order would be free.

Ordered 8 times since and not bothered the next order wasn't free.

Ordered same pizza today. Phoned and informed i didn't want green chilli or onion.

Food arrived and came with onions on. Again unable to eat. Phoned to inform to be told I didnt phone and make that request.
