Flannels — Local services in St Helens

About 8 members of staff working in here on the ground floor today and maybe 4 customers when i visited. 30mins in the store not a single hello, welcome, need any help by anyone. I came in to buy a pair of Balenciaga trainers which are around £800 and some creed aftershave and a shirt, so im spending at least £1000. When in the store your collection unless wanting a plain black top there isnt much choice, when actually trying to find help for a size in the shoes i wanted i could only find 1 person serving on the tills. I waited and waited and waited and waited but the girl on the tills was busy then the staff that i saw before where then purchasing stuff for themselves then a group stood together on there phones laughing and joking to each other. In the end i gave in and put my stuff down and im now driving to Selfridges to see if they have better collection as i know the service will he better. As a manager of a fashion retail store myself i found it a bit of a joke when spending the money i wanted to spend and you cant even get a hello after 30minutes instore staff would rather look...

Excellent Customer service :) Took a jumper back wrong size & i said i’d make up the difference & go for an over-shirt instead but they didn’t have the size/colour i wanted on the rail but Lauren said ‘It says we have 1 in stock just let me check’ Wow that girl was like a Jack Russell (meant in the kindest of ways) she searched everywhere coming back to me to say she can’t find it but we do have this 1or this 1? I Think she could tell i didn’t really like the replacements offered but she said hang on & i’ll try somewhere else? 20 mins that poor girl searched but eventually came up trumps :) She wasn’t letting me leave unsatisfied & not getting what i wanted :) Was worth the 5Ton just for her empathy & sheer doggedness in finding the Shirt i wanted :) So thanks Lauren you get 5*s & your Manager needs pat you on the back for the trouble you went through 2 help me...

Give the girls here a 0. I don't have a clue names wise but the custormer service they gave was a no go. Absoulte bullies.. I paid £185 for some mallets just before Xmas and the leather peeled off, ive took em back exchanged fine first time. Same happened again so I've took em back yesterday to be snarled down on and nothing they can do pretty much in the end exchanged again. Worn them for 2 hrs today to notice theyre peeling again! I go in and the girls are staring at me, clearly talking about me and my boyfriend. U won't be doing that when I buy something though right? You'll be all over saying thankyou and happy u got a sale? But because someone brings a purchase back they aint happy with its slag them off time? Well I'm happy now I've got my credit note...
