Leek sainsburys, in general, has customer service down! When it's been raining, you will see a member of staff wiping down the kids trolly seats, if you need help, the staff are friendly, when my son lost his comforter, the staff seemed generally concerned. I took my 8 month old and 4 year old in recently, when the little one was in a terrible mood. He needed feeding, and so did I! The staff were excellent. They carried my drink to the table for me, got all the cutlery and spoke to my eldest son, so that I could concentrate on getting youngest fed. It's these little things that make the difference. Read morePrice was reasonable, quality of food good. There was a bit of a wait (20 mins for meals for 2). Nice view. One small, but nonetheless easy to solve point: the order card, i.e. the thing they put on the table so they know where to bring your order, was absolutely filthy. It was covered in fingerprints and grease, and hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. It's a bit off-putting when waiting for food. Someone just needs to give them a wipe with a cloth, and the problem would be solved.

Clean, modern with a good atmosphere, quick service and plenty of seating, this is quite possibly one of the best proper Sainsbury's cafés in the country.
