What a gem. Called today at 1pm after some retail therapy. We were lucky to get a table as the place was very busy. After ordering from the extensive menu the proprietor asked if we would like to move to a larger table to accommodate myself, my wife and 2 year old granddaughter. Very thoughtful! After moving our drinks order was taken . The food quickly followed. The food was good, wholesome and homemade. Delicious! The staff are friendly and were lovely to our granddaughter. There is a somewhat charming feel to the cafe, be it the counter with all of the fine china on display, the artwork which decorates the walls and the very friendly and second to none service.
