Domino's Pizza - Stevenage - Old Town — Restaurant in Stevenage

Dreadful service. Ordered 3 pizzas with extra dips at 6:15pm on Thursday 3rd February 2022. I got updates via the Domino's tracker app, at 7:17pm the tracker reckoned the pizzas had been delivered. Call the store and asked where they were. Their response we have made a mistake updating the tracker at our end, the pizzas are on their way. 7:36pm the driver comes, he arrived with one pizza and the dips. I said where is the rest of my order? He had no idea, he said you need to call the store to arrange delivery of the other two pizzas. I sent him away with the one pizza and dips. Phoned the store again and was told the are having issues with this particular driver and this is the 4th time he has done this. Not entirely sure what that meant, any how, I asked for 3 fresh pizzas and the dips and to get them to me promptly. 8:11pm a different driver arrives with the complete order. All of it was luke warm, I say this loosely as it was boarder line stone cold. I suspect the pizzas delivered were all of the original ones prepared at 6:15pm. I may as well have opened my front door at 6:15pm and thrown £30 odd quid into the wind. All the pizzas had to be put into tin foil and reheated in the oven. A takeaway is an expensive luxury that requires the customer to do no leg work for their food. This entire experience was a complete shambles. I'll be calling back today to...

How to start this... i order today from them online payment went through everything good. I waited one hour then two and nothing. I call them I give my details to the lady on the phone and she knew what I ordere how much I paid and my adress and then she say she will put me on hold to check with the driver. She come back after a minute and say my order is actually places in the other shop wich I did not do it . So she try to blame them . I give to the other shop a call they did not have any of my details ,of course not because I did not place my order there. Then I call customer service check my details and said my order was cancelled 5 minute before my phone call to them . So while I was on the phone with the lady from Dominos she cancelled my order. We live approximately 5 minutes walk from the Stevenage old town store. Today is the third time that the pizza has been saying ''out for delivery" for over an hour after the order. We call and they say that it's on its way, and then it obviously never arrives. After a long phone call they agree to make us a new one and send it out.
