I placed an order with Pizza Hut delivery in Stevenage on Monday. Shortly after paying by credit card I received a phone call telling me they had no cheeseburger crusts or garlic bread.
I was not happy about tis but kindly accepted a substitution, I was just about the ask them to refund the additional charges for the extras I paid for when they rudely hung up on me.
They charged the full amount to my credit card. I contacted their customer service located on the main website and was told because I apparently never told them I was dissatisfied on the day they are not providing a refund for the additional extras I paid for. I tried to make them aware and ask for a refund but they hung up on me on the day due to poor customer service, perhaps if I kicked up a fuss they may have accommodated me a bit better.
If you charge a customer for something they didn't receive and refuse to refund them surely this is fraud!
Avoid these crooks, the food isn't great anyway. I, alongside all my family will NEVER be ordering here again!...

After an hour of waiting I call up to find out whats going on only to be told the order got flagged by the website for collection instead (why i needed to put in my address and phone number for collection on a card payment, who knows) and that my food has been sitting under a hot lamp for over an hour. It's rock hard and dried out. Never had a problem with the service before now, but customer service reading complaints wants to wait 72 hours before replying and won't do anything, so everyone beware and go someplace else if you're looking for delivery.
