Visited with a friend yesterday to eat in. Came entirely because I heard traditional Pie, Mash and Liquor was being sold and VERY impressed. The pies were unusually and positively succulent with great Liquor too. They were supplied from 'Kellys'. Had to wait a little for food but absolutely worth it. Staff are super friendly and Marcella was very helpful getting my take away sorted too. SO good to know very good Pie, Mash and Liquor is available nearer to me and reasonably priced. Their menu for other food seemed reasonable and varied. Being a member of the Pie & Mash Appreciation group, I took some delicious pictures. I haven't eaten Kellys previously but definitely will now. Thanks for such a mouth watering experience. Friend, neighbour and family loved the take away I delivered too. Spot on👌 My friend drove there. We found it was easy to park in Asda and walk through the open underpass to this Cafe in shopping centre. Took only 5-7 mins. Read moreI had the pleasure of enjoying the most incredible full English breakfast here, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had! The ingredients were fresh, and everything was cooked to perfection.
The sausages were juicy and flavorful, the bacon was crisp and perfectly salty, and the eggs were cooked just right. The mushrooms, beans, and grilled tomatoes were all bursting with flavor, and the portion size was generous – definitely more than enough to start your day right. The toast was also a lovely touch, crisp on the outside with a soft, buttery interior.
The service was warm and friendly, making me feel right at home, and the cosy atmosphere of the cafe added to the overall experience. If you’re a fan of a classic English breakfast or just looking for a hearty, satisfying meal, this place is an...

Popped into The Cornish Pantry & Coffee House recently and was genuinely impressed. It’s a warm and welcoming family-run spot that makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door.
I had one of their Cornish pasties and it was absolutely spot on – flaky pastry, generous filling, and full of flavour. They’ve got a great range of proper comfort food too – everything from full English breakfasts to pies and mash, all served in hearty portions.
The service was brilliant – really friendly and attentive. You can tell the family take pride in what they do, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere.
Perfect place for a relaxed bite to eat or a catch-up over coffee and cake. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area – I’ll be...
