Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Stockport

My girlfriend ordered some food from here as a little surprise for me at around 7 at night, it was supposed to arrive at 10:15 it is now 11:40 and the store has been closed for 40 minutes. The delivery man told my girlfriend on a call that he couldn’t find my house although she gave him the exact address and I also stood outside waiting. It isn’t even hard to find at all btw… Now they aren’t answering any calls and I am here waiting wondering where the driver is and presuming that he has probably gone home with my food. She was VERY clear on where my house was and even asked him to knock on my door when delivering so it would be a nice surprise and they have seriously taken the mick now she is upset because she has spent basically £40 (which is a rip off) and I haven’t even received anything so they have basically stolen £40 I am very annoyed with this situation and am expecting her to get a full refund. If we do not get a full refund I will be forced to escalate this further because...

I usually always get an XLL.

It’s a great pizza and the ingredients taste better than Domino’s. The stuffed crust quality and thickness is in a different league to Domino’s.

Dominos however have a lot more customisation options.

Papa Johns don’t allow you to customise the half and half pizzas. You have to have pre set halves (these are limited as well) and can’t edit a single topping out or in. Not very good and why I’ve never ordered a half and half. I hope they work on this.

Papa Johns also need to add a garlic bread that is a pizza base rather than their Garlic Sticks.

They used to have really good discount offers as well which meant I could get a XXL delivered for around £14.

Now with the new delivery fee, inflation and less offers it’s usually about £18 delivered which is putting me off...
