Emma let me charge my e-bike battery- many thanks for this. Have a beer tapas of three thirds of cask ale and why not have a suite of three pies too- pork, balti, cheese and onion. All can be served with a variety of chutney- excellent sweet tomato, mango is good but scotch bonnet I expected hotter. Excellent craft offer- some keg offers are clearly puddings in a glass like some beery Harry Potter sweet shop. Would go again. Locals say with jest that I was better asking Emma than Bob who is a tight wad- much laughter- they clearly love him dearly- very much deserved CAMRA award. If you are interested- I kept it local with my thirds. A Bollington Best was sandwiching a Red Willow Wreckless then another Bollington- this time a Long Hop- I could easily have a pint of each- gorgeous! Ps. Very very handy for the train station

Great little (and it really is tiny) real ale pub. Nice selection of varying and well kept beers. Pork pies if you're quick enough (you figure out if they're nice from that). Good selection of spirits too, wines are limited, but let's it, that's not why you go to a real ale pub. Did I mention that it's small though? It can get full very easily. By far the best pub in the middle of Cheadle Hulme if you want real ale though.

Excellent real ale bar. Sister pub the Mounting Stone in Bramhall. Regularly changing beers from other breweries. Close to the train station. Well worth the visit but check opening times. Well hidden door to the toilets. Meet here with my old codger friends every few weeks.

Amazing.

Plenty of indoor space with the upstairs open, and it's just so relaxing in there. Some outdoor slots in the front, I didn't see out back but I'm sure I spotted seating there as well.

Real good atmosphere, even with covid, there's something really delightful about the the surroundings. Like a mix of boozer, relaxed cafe, and your cool aunty who lives near the seasides house (if that makes any sense....)

Great beer offering, plenty of cans and bottles with a quick rotation on kegs/cask showing the places quality. Nice to see lots of local stuff (esp Bollington Brewery ❤️)

Good offerings of other drinks, nice cider options and plenty of gin.

Staff were all delightfully friendly as well! Really friendly.

Right near the station. Lovely spot, I'll be making it a...

Saturday 25th March 2023 Today we visited this brilliant real ale pub which has been rightfully voted by THE LOCAL CAMRA BRANCH the pub of the year Great staff'cosy quaint micro pub with good locally following The great range of 6 real ales on hand pumps include some very obscure locally breweries Keep up the good work. All ,,,,you're doing the real ale pubs proud. Saturday 27th July 2024 I again came back to this brilliant real ale bar Today, there was a good vibrant atmosphere within this real ale pub Good staff today behind the bar, and there was a 6 hand pumped ales on to choose from. The choice of hand pumped ales were good as most were from small berries. The milk stout on today was delicious. When in Cheadle Hulme drinking real ales This place is an...
