The burger, priced at a hefty £8.95 was a 'handmade' and tiny burger on a cheap shop bought roll. The chips, chunky and deep fried, not long enough the first time around, and a side of coleslaw that didn't seem all that appetising. Having complained about the quality I was told "you got what you asked for. It comes with either chips or salad and that's what you got." legally correct, morally questionable.
You pay that price you want something tasty and edible. By the time it came back with cooked chips the burger was hard, the bun solid in places and a limp salad chucked on as an appeaser
