Zaynies Offerton LTD — Restaurant in Stockport

We tried to order from this restaurant and ended up waiting almost 2 hours and still no food, the place closes at 4pm but we've been calling since 2:30pm which was when our food was meant to arrive. When we they finally picked up the phone they told us the driver tried to call us a few times but we received no such call and we couldnt get a refund. I could not get any update from the store nor could they provide us with a refund. We've never had a problem with any restaurant or delivery driver as they alwayscall when they arrive. The lady at the restaurant told us their driver tried to knock on 5 different door because she couldnt find our place I believe no such call was made to us. Good food and good value but always running late. Don’t bother making an order for a time, it’s never 15 minutes like they say it is. Other than that they’re really good so it’s a shame that it takes them so long.. maybe a booking system would help so they can make their food in a timely order of first come first served. Also a member of staff sneezed in to her hands and didn’t wash them yet continued to make orders. That’s really unhygienic 😫 All in all, I don’t think I’ll be using them again. Ordered from Uber eats. Firstly it took 1hr and 15mins to arrive. It arrived and there was a item of food missing (the brown rice). Portions are very small. Ordered two smoothies which look and taste like they have been mixed with water. They are bland and are literally the consistency of water (I’ve never had a smoothie that isn’t a thick consistency, even simple smoothies are thicker) so I paid £8 for two that went down the drain.
