Royal Kashmir — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Food was ok. Lots of variety but has definitely taken a step down from when it was Saghirs. Very small area to where the sauces/poppadoms are (due to a partition wall being put in to make a flower photo wall the other side) maybe the extra space would be better. The music is so loud that it makes it very difficult to have a conversation with the people you’re with. The staff come across as though they don’t enjoy their job, very disinterested in talking to people, didn’t look impressed when we asked for a drink then dropped a plate of food right next to our table when she was clearing the tables - no apology, no checking whether or not she had covered us in food! Was looking forward to my usual curry from the best curry house in stoke on Trent , so Ii went to the saghir express website and promptly ordered. Went to collect and noticed that the restaurant was now under new ownership and was called the royal Kashmir. Got home and dished up, to my horror the food was disgusting, a korma should be a tasty dish and not spicy this however a tasteless spicy thing no trace of coconut whatsoever so from now on I will not order ever again from this establishment and mourn the passing of Saghire Express take this as a warning DO NOT EAT THERE OR DO TAKE AWAY I can't believe this has gone from being the best Indian in stoke on Trent to the worst Indian I...

Fantastic Experience at Royal Kashmir

I recently visited Royal Kashmir Restaurant in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, and had a great experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious – full of flavour and freshly prepared. Every dish we tried was well cooked and beautifully presented.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit. Their service added to the overall positive experience and made us feel right at home.

The desserts were also a highlight – rich, satisfying, and the perfect way to end the meal.
