I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I recently experienced at one of your restaurants.
When I arrived, I stood at the counter for quite some time while several staff members walked past me, chatting with each other and seemingly ignoring waiting customers. When my order was finally ready, it was correct, but my friendās order was mishandled ā it was placed aside on a rack rather than brought to our table. She had selected table service, but because there were no table stands available, we clearly wrote the table number. I eventually had to return to the counter myself to collect her fries, which turned out to be completely cold, almost frozen in texture and where not edible. To make matters worse, the ketchup dispenser was not working, forcing us to buy the small sauce pots that barely cover a few fries. Additionally, I was asked to show ID for the Monopoly promotion, which is supposed to be free and open to all customers. We were also denied our Monopoly game chips because the staff claimed it was āclassed as gambling,ā which makes no sense. Throughout the whole experience, I couldnāt help but feel that because Iām young, I was being pushed aside and not treated with the same respect as other customers. It felt as though my presence didnāt matter, which was very disheartening.
Overall, the staff appeared unmotivated, unwelcoming, and disinterested in providing a positive experience. This visit was genuinely disappointing, and far below the standard I expect...

We walk roughly 15 minutes to reach the restaurant and order our food ,a process that takes far longer than the title of 'fast food' implies. I certainly feel that almost every visit to this particular McDonald's brings only discomfort and aggrivation, due to never receiving food that I have ordered (stated in a review 2 months earlier) and often spotting staff members helping themselves to bagged fries a few months prior. However the main purpose of my visit today was not only to have a 'quick' meal, but I decided to collect a box of 6 chicken nuggets for my 3 dogs, as they have recently been very well behaved and had earned themselves a treat. I ordered 6 chicken nuggets, but and received a box with '6 CHICKEN NUGGETS' written in bold letters on the box. It was to my amazement that I then opened the box to discover that I had been granted only 4 chicken nuggets. How am I supposed to divide this evenly between my 3 dogs? I was in outrage. With fairness this was swiftly corrected and we were given the correct amount of tasty chicken snacks.
In summary, this isn't the absolute worst McDonald's, but there are far better ones nearby. Hanley and Festival Park...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhere to start, you can enter the drive through while both queues are completely empty, you can pull up in one of the queues to silence, only to have 2 and Iāve had it where 3 cars have arrived in the other queue getting served while you are still sat there waiting. When you do finally get served the amount of times the order is wrong is ridiculous, even worse now they are doing deliveries. I do realise you should check your order before leaving but sometimes you have too much on your mind not to mention thatās not my job, so you arrive home looking forward to 10 mins relaxation and to eat some food when you realise your order is wrong. They are then surprised when you turn up at the restaurant in frustration to get the food and drinks that you paid for, I make a point every single time now of going back when my order is wrong as it occurs way too often. These are genuine observations, unfortunately for me this is local to me, I would much rather live close to the Congleton branch, itās like night and day. The food also lacks in quality on occasions compared to letās say Congleton or the festival park. I might be having a bad day but this last visit to this place has just made it...
