Oh dear! Fast service screens that take too long. Also don't give you full flexibilty of options when you used to speak to serving staff your order. Delivery services take priority so be prepared to wait if a few orders come in. Asked for salad items that I couldn't choose on screen and I was told it was a set menu item which is why I couldn't select. Yet on the screen above counter it says salad and sauce options are only recommendations and you can still choose what you want. No choice either on the 30p bag charge!! Asked the older blonde lady who works there to change her gloves as she handled the till and then was about to prepare my sandwich, she refused, and I just went along with it to not get into a argument further with her. Food great but service rubbish. Ordered online and had it delivered and most items were missing. Tried to phone them but numbers not in use. So had to go out and get the rest of the order.
