Blue Tiffin — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

First time here but certainly won't be the last. We had booked a table and when we arrived we were seated immediately, very polite staff greeted us upon entry and saw us to our table.

Good selection of dishes available, I was so very pleased to see balti on the menu, it's my preferred dish and I've been to some establishments which didn't offer it. I haven't had this dish in a long time so they had that nostalgia memory to compete with and damn they didn't disappoint! Beautiful aromatic flavours with just a little heat. I've sampled some places that struggle to get that balance right.

They offer a wide selection of Currys and other traditional Indian dishes, a varied selection of rice and to my pleasure, a wide choice of naan bread! I couldn't flaw anything they served us.

Staff are attentive without being imposing, we spent a good couple of hours enjoying our meal.

With a starter, main, a shared rice, a couple of drinks each and a coffe at the end came to a total of £25 per head.

The crowning glory for this place was it's bathrooms, very well kept and they had installed a device that allows you to open the door using your foot so you don't have to risk contamination of you hands after washing. Very few places have these but I love it when they do, it shows a consideration to hygiene for others which only inspires confidence that they hold this high standard within the bar and kitchen areas.

One final note we went just after valentine's day, the establishment had decorated the table with cute little heart that my partner had great fun throwing at me and come the end of the night they came and gifted roses to each of the ladies in the restaurant.

A wonderful experience I am...

Ordered a takeaway 2 hours ago with a 1 hour expected wait. An hour after it was supposed to have been delivered we're still waiting so decided to phone them to find out where it is. We were on hold for 15 minutes so decided to drive up to them while the phone was still ringing. Walked into the restaurant and asked where our takeaway was and why they weren't answering the phone, showing them that I was still on hold and nobody their end was on the line. We were told your meal is on its way so I drove back only to find out it still hadn't arrived so I tried phoning but this time it was constantly engaged. 20 minutes later it eventually turned up so I asked the driver where he'd been and why it had taken so long for him to deliver the food if, according to the restaurant, he'd been given it at least 40 minutes previous. All I got was a shrug of the shoulders and do you want it or not. Needless to say words were shared by both parties. I will never ever use this restaurant again and to think it was the only one we ever went to. Their version of events will be interesting as I've noticed on the reviews that if anyone has had a complaint they're quick to condemn and not accept any responsibility. Such a shame.Needless to say, our meal was cold and considering it was supposed to be an award winning chef, can honestly say have tasted...

Fantastic Dining Experience at Blue Tiffin

From the moment I walked into Blue Tiffin, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that made me feel instantly welcome. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my spontaneous visit was perfect. No request was too much, and it truly felt like they took pleasure in making sure everything was just right.

The atmosphere was equally impressive. The décor is modern yet cozy, with a touch of elegance that creates a lovely, inviting ambiance. The cleanliness throughout the restaurant was impeccable, and the attention to detail in every aspect made it clear that maintaining high standards is a priority here. As for the food—simply mouthwatering! Every dish i saw was beautifully presented. You can tell that the chefs are passionate about what they do.

Overall, Blue Tiffin exceeded all my expectations. From the exceptional service and genuine kind staff and food it was an all-around wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience! p.s Thankyou again for the phone charging...
