Subway — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

If I could give minus stars, I really would! A couple of hours before closing time tonight, I went in to order a meatball marinara, only to find 4 members of staff sitting there eating ALL of the remaining meatballs. One of which, named Neil Price simply responded with "no meatballs left" and when it was pointed out that they'd all got all the meatballs at their table, he responded with "we're entitled to one free meal a day" It was very clear that there was ALOT more than one meal's worth of meatballs for each of them. This isn't the only incident either. The local subway staff are always keeping back the meatballs for themselves & telling customers there isn't any left... No exaggeration here, but it took 4 years of being told this by various staff, before I managed to get another meatball marinara, and then I had to pre-order it online for the following day. It's beyond ridiculous! Subway should hire better staff. As the ones they employ now, lose subway ALOT...

Overall not a bad little place. Food ok. 6 inch is obviously a man's 6 inch as more a 4 or 5. Salads good depending who serves you. The seating area has a dirty feel. Don't think it gets much of a deep clean (under table rims) tables wonky.. not good with hot drinks. We've been a couple of times and 2nd time ate inside. Strange atmosphere as there were a bunch of teenagers taking up a few tables and they all had pyjamas on shouting and swearing. I'd feel vulnerable in there if I was alone with my children. Maybe the staff should have more authority and ask them to leave when they have finished eating but get the impression that the staff maybe knew the group. Overall needs...

Ordered a large meal through just eat and was surprised when I received 2 bags from the delivery driver with no drinksdespite ordering a large meal deal. I questioned the driver who had his family in the car and asked where the drink was.. He said he was only given two bags. When I rang subway, the staff said they had cctv footage of the driver leaving with 3 bags.. So the driver had literally stolen a whole bag of our food. Staff at subway were lovely and threw us in some freebies when we went to collect the missing food. Difficult to actually speak to someone at just eat but I've sent an email. The driver needs...
