There is an older lady who works there that makes some of the worst drinks I've ever had - she consistently burns the milk and whenever I order something to be dry, she adds no air whatsoever. Obviously not the stores fault but also you will encounter some of the rudest old farts you'll ever have the displeasure of sharing...
