Subway — Restaurant in Stratford-on-Avon

I ordered 3 meal deals which included a Cappuccino. On drinking the coffee a found cheesy lumps floating in the drink which were disgusting. They obviously do not clean their machines out properly. On requesting a refund for the drink, the manager would only shout from the kitchen for the staff to give me another drink which I obviously did not want. Eventually she came out but was quite rude and insisted that I had to have another drink. I asked for water but refused a bottle of water and only could have water from their machine. Rude staff, dirty restaurant and meat mixed with cheese. Me and my husband visited subway last weekend and are both vegetarians. We order some nachos and some wedges. While watching our nachos be made from a very messy and unsanitary looking food pots we saw some of the meat had been dropped in the cheese pot and was then added to our nachos!!!

I told the lady making them that she had picked up meat and put it on my nachos. She didn’t even acknowledge me or give any sort of apology. She just slammed the other nachos on the side and started making them again. WITH THE SAME CHEESE!!!

Myself and family members will must certainly never visit this subway ever...

Inedible food. We ordered a large crinkle wedges and nacho chicken bites at this Subway. The crinkle wedges were stone cold, half cooked and quite frankly looked and tasted like something that had been served a week ago. The chicken bites, had no bite or crunch, just a soggy, chewy mess that I didn't swallow, it went straight into a napkin. 98% of this 'food' went into their overflowing bin, I can only assume that other diners had also decided dispose of their meal prematurely too. What a waste of food. The only thing we finished was the sealed bottle of water, thankfully I'm not sure even Subway could...
