Steer well clear of this establishment. My family and I had the worst Indian take away meal, I have ever my had my life, from this place last night. If I could give it no stars I would. Apart from the poppadoms which were very good to be fair, the meal was appalling. For example, the Panir Tikka had no Panir in it, just disgusting melted cheese in an overly spiced vegetable stew of some kind. Every dish was not appetising and had to be chucked in the bin. Some dishes had Brussels Sprouts in them which tasted like left overs reheated with some unsubtle spices added. We were charged £58 for our meal and overcharged by £4 going by the prices on the takeaway menu. They didn't provide an itemised bill to be able to check the bill. Food was average. Service was non existent. When asked to take stuff home. He bought one takeaway dish to the table. We had to do that ourselves, but had nan breads, two dishes and rice left. So had to ask for more stuff. He then just left on table, and only bought one more, then had to ask for two more, then a bag. Never been to a restaurant when you have had to pack up your own food at the end of the meal. They then over charged us. Apparently they have increased their prices but not changed the prices on the menu. I said that they can't do that. They have to sell it for the prices they advertise it for. Chicken pakora was lovely, as was the chicken korma. The garlic naan wasn’t pleasant, far too strong and stodgy. Their chicken pasanda tasted nothing like what it stated on the menu, it was supposed to be a mild creamy coconut and almond sauce but it was red and had no creamy coconut or almond flavour whatsoever, we spoke with the restaurant and they said they would credit this back next time. We ordered in advance and they didn’t cook it until we arrived to collect it and it was very expensive but we weren’t given a receipt to check if there had been a mistake.
