Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sunderland

I wouldn’t normally opt for a Costa usually preferring independent spots however this one is very convenient to where I live and the friendliness of the staff and consistency of the service means I’ve been a regular visitor for a few years now. It didn’t take long for them to know my order and they’re always very friendly with my little boy which always helps. I also find it’s more reasonably priced than other well know coffee chains. It’s always clean and there’s usually somewhere to sit even when busy. Service is speedy and I don’t think they’ve ever made a mistake with an order. Be careful paying by card here. They claim the payment didn't go through then double charge you. But then refuse to give a refund saying to contact head office who are not interested.
