Craft Burger Sunderland — Restaurant in Sunderland

I'm not local to Sunderland and wanted to see what was around for delivery. My boyfriend and I decided to order from here because the burgers looked very tasty and we don't regret it at all! I got the honey BBQ burger which was delicious, the chicken was very nice and the sauce really topped it all off. My boyfriend had the remix burger and very much enjoyed it. All in all do not regret ordering from here at all! The food was great, so keep up the good work. Love the packaging too and after seeing pictures of the restaurant I can only imagine eating in would be even better.

I only have one comment, my boyfriend and I were under the impression that we were buying a burger meal rather than the burger only, as the wording on Uber eats implied we were getting a meal with chips, sauce and a can of drink. We definitely aren't complaining though because after eating those burgers we were completely stuffed and don't think we could have managed the chips anyway! Maybe edit the wording a little and then it's sorted.

One of the best take away burgers I’ve ever ordered, possibly the best so far. Burger was juicy, tasty and didn’t fall apart despite getting a good amount of extras. Went for tater tots rather than fries for a change, well worth the switch up! Kebab was amazing too, not your basic take away kebab which tastes the same as all the others, must have been marinated in the onion and peppers it comes with which made it HANDS DOWN the best kebab I’ve ever had. The absolute worst takeaway I've ever had. The staff, especially the manager, has no care for customers whatsoever and are extremely rude. After ordering online, I arrived to collect 20 mins after placing the order, I was then made to wait an additional 40 mins inside the shop for one item when the majority of my order had already been bagged up when I arrived.
