Delhi Emperor -Take It Home Indian Style — Restaurant in Sunderland

Absolutely shocking service! We ordered something from their Just Eat menu, which arrived with half of the items missing, when we called to explain this the man on the phone was instantly aggressive saying this is a 'recurring' issue which isn't his problem, he shouted down the phone, and hung up without even letting us explain that unfortunately it's not our fault their Just Eat menu is wrong, we paid for items that didn't arrive.

When I called back he continued to yell down the phone spoke over me constantly and wasn't interested in even letting us explain, all we simply wanted at this point was an apology and to tell them that perhaps they should contact Just Eat to update their menu rather than blaming...

£50 order. Pakoras and bhaji were lovely. Delivery was timely. The only positives.

Tikka paneer had no paneer, the sauce was watery and tasteless. Tikka masala was vile, smelt of urine and the taste was a odd to the say the least. Rice was bland. Sri Lanka was spicy but lacked any flavour. Missing 2nd portion of onion bhaji.

This is the only really bad Indians I've had in Sunderland across about 20 separate places.

Partner threw up. Rest of the order went to the bin. First and last time...
