Absolutely shocking service. Called numerous times to see were our food was and refused to answer. My 9yr old disabled son who was so looking forward to his food waited 2hrs 15 minutes before we finally gave up on them. You are the worst in my opinion. If you can't deliver on an order then dont take. I was a regular customer. Guess what.????? Not anymore. Keep up the bad service hong kong wok. You'll...

Very cold in the shop however this is 💯 worth it with the amazing quality of food 🍲 niiice one. Staff are very friendly. Phone etiquette is great and pickup couldn't have been better felt sorry for the staff tho they need a heater for the front desk ha ha 😂 great food...
