Gotta recommend these for the quality of the food & the polite friendly delivery drivers👍👍👍 I have had multiple deliveries from here & the only issue I have & why I didn't give 5th ⭐ is because they don't read the special notes you add when requesting something to do with your order. I tried twice to get a tower box meal but I specifically asked for no salad/sauce on burger,, just plain. It came with everything on & I couldn't eat it, the receipt even had plain no salad/sauce in big letters on it? I've raised this with just eat also & tried again but got same result! Utterly dreadful. The consistency varies wildly each time you go depending on who is working. Despite ordering ahead they still make you wait for 5 minutes every time. The chicken is always different sizes, often tiny pieces.
This time I got a 6 piece bucket and there were 3 tiny, overcooked drumsticks, 2 tiny overcooked wings that looked like they came from a pigeon, and 1 thigh.
They don't even have a Krushems machine, this franchise really is a joke and I wouldn't waste your money. I am completely done with this place and they won't get another penny. The food is good, but the drivers via just eat and uber are rubbish, they don't deliver to my front door, I have to come downstairs from 1st floor to collect...if I wanted to collect is do it at the restaurant!! I have a small child here, also having to leave my door unlocked, not gonna bring a child down esp in this cold weather!! That's why I dot tip!! I'm collecting, not getting the delivery I paid for and most who can't speak clear English don't know how to use GPS pr read instructions alot of the times but could find a UK airport easy enough!!
