Burger King — Restaurant in Sunderland

It was the first time I'd been into a BK for 40 years. Brilliant food, so tasty. Shame the place wasn't too clean, detritus all over the floor. Butbid taken my Grandson and he loved it. Went to the Metro Centre shop today,, Sunday 10 th Feba nd found I'd to be dreadful. Crap on the floor. Ordered on the app. No fries was the verdict . Cant have your money back. The app doesn't allow us to announce out of stock items. Nor does it allow us the refund money. So many people walked away. We were told we could only have onion rings. It was the same price back. Its disgusting. My son lost £30 because the branch are not allowed to refund. They didnt even put up a notice that they were out of fries. So many people went elsewhere. My son spent ages trying to get his money back, but he thinks he's lost it. We will not be going...

Went for lunch last Friday. Live out of area so thought we would try one of our favourite burger restaurants in Sunderland. Sadly we were not impressed. The restaurant was quiet only a couple of customers sitting in. Service was good, a very friendly young lady took my order and ensured I got everything I’d asked for. We decided to go upstairs. I was shocked to see the dirtiness of the staircase as we went up. It was lunchtime no one in, why was it so dirty? The tables had been left unwashed and then the mixed use toilets were minging! No chart to say had been checked at all. They were disgusting. The food was tepid too, not one of the best we had had by long shot. Management needs to be taking charge of this as it will go...

Staff member very rude and giving false information, went in to order breakfast 5 minutes before it ended, used the machine but didn't accept card, we went to til lady staff member stated it's cash only but no signs but can accept thru the drive thru, asked if we could still order what we wanted and she said yes. We went to the car and went through around 11, I stated what we were told, and got refused by the same lady that told us, to then she decided to cover her mic and start discussing us in a rude manner, we ordered from the menu but then she was blunt and Sharp.
