So we went here Friday night for my partners birthday and first off we was greeted by Brandon who I believe was part of the management team and what a bloke he was warming welcome and extremely friendly! Showed us to our table and explained everything to us!

From here the night got better and better! Firstly what a team member you have here! Absolute gent of a man extremely polite and went above and beyond for the evening, Dave managed to sort out my partners steak as it was slightly over cooked for her preference but he saw it and straight away got a fresh one sorted and it was cooked to perfection! Some of the best customer care I’ve had for a long time! Outstanding service was always asked if we wanted more drinks fantastic night!

Only negative comment from the evening was that it was a Friday evening and having people walk around in full tracksuits and caps was a little off putting especially with the tone of conversations groups of people where having maybe at a weekend implement some kind of dress code.

Don't know where to start, went around 18 months ago had THE best steak in my life, our 39th Anniversary on 2nd August went again, ordered fillet medim cooked, hubby rump medium rare, my £36 fillet steak was bleeding into my peppercorn sauce, hubby's rump was medium, fab, sent mine back came back medium rare again, sent it back, hubby was finished his by then, came back about eight minutes later, I couldn't even cut into it it was way way passed well done, sent it away and didn't want another but asked if there was a trainee on to be told yes, my anger is this the trainee made a mess on a £36 steak, why,didn't the head chef take it off him/her and cook it, it was redeemable when 1st sent back, clearly they didn't charge me for it and I did get my desert on the house but IMO I should've been given a voucher to return on the house this was our anniversary treat.
