Smash `N` Shake — Restaurant in Tameside

Absolute vile. Took 3 drivers to collect my order which was not their fault as it was an Uber order. Order was sat for over 30 minutes inside the shop. That includes the chips. I had to air fry the chips that’s how bad they were. How are you not giving fresh chips when an order has been sat for that long? I know this because I rang 2-3 mins after placing my order to have no onions on my burger and he told me the order is already made and packed, waiting for a driver to collect.

We ordered tonight through Uber. You can't make a change through the app (my partner didn't want salad or sauce in the burger) but we called up and made the change over the phone, after placing the order. The guy on the phone was very helpful and more than happy to take the request. The food arrived quickly and was all still piping hot. The burger, AMAZING! We obviously ordered far more food than any man needs on a Monday night but it was all worth it! Ordered this place for collection. The place was very clean, I feel like they need to open up the windows to let in some light thought. The darkness makes the place dark and dingy and just a little bit seedy. The service was wonderful and the gent that served us was very helpful and quick. Even offering to help me to my car with the bags which was very kind of him. The food was delicious, little tiny bit or spice but nothing major and the milkshakes where bang on and didn't have bits in which I absolutely hate in a milkshake.
