Tamworth Pizza Company — Restaurant in Tamworth

Ordered a pizza with some extras.. you can see from the picture how the pizza arrived. Call the restaurant, i was asked if i can eat it( really???).. said no.. the guy said he will come with another pizza and to check the order.. 45 minutes later he came with another pizza.. he took the smashed one away... when i open the box was a different pizza from what i ordered , and on top it had mushrooms and no extras that i ve ordered ..i had to ask for a refund from Just Eat wich i receveid. After that i got a call and a voice mail and asked why i requested a refund ? Well i think it s obviously i didn t get my order as i requested not even the second time..( want me to call again and wait another 40 minutes for the 3rd pizza???) .. i had to wait another 40 minutes and i got a different order ... amateurs 100% i will never order from them. Good luck keeping your customers with this...

By a mile the best place for Pizza in Tamworth (and we have tried them all). Have been using this place for many years. The food is consistently good with fresh ingredients. The food is always piping hot and it's presentation and appearance very good. We collect our pizza most of the time whilst passing by and the staff are always very polite. I see some comments regarding it's location and I don't think this should negatively reflect this place. There are many companies operating nowadays from non-highstreet locations and let's remember this is a takeaway and it's the food that matters which is always good from our experience. Shocking. Refused to deliver 2 orders less than a mile. One of my orders was £14.50 and the second was £17.50. I decided to ring the restaurant to find out why they kept declining the orders. Reason for refusing two orders was because it "wasn't cost effective". The minimum order is £10.99, As it states on the menu to qualify for delivery. The staff on the phone even argued with me about what it says on the just eat menu. Really poor customer service and generally bad attitude from staff and management. Orders lost....
