Why does no one seem to care what theyâre eating? Just Google âMaltodextrinâ. Maltodextrin is a white powder made from corn, rice, potato starch, or wheat. Even though it comes from plants, it's HIGHLY PROCESSED. Thatâs just one loaf, so who knows what the other products without labels contain.
