Absolutely shocking service. First time using Just Eat and the Thai Lounge. Love Thai food and had high expectations, ordered before 7.25pm Saturday evening, Just Eat said 8.10 estimated delivery, restaurant confirmed 8.30pm, okay. When it got to nearly 9.00pm we started to get concerned and hungry, clicked the get the restaurant to call me button-nothing. Eventually got through to the number, was told they were sorry, driver accident! Food was on its way! When asked about what state the food would be in-'PERFECT A1 condition Sir'. Taxi arrived after 10.00pm. I asked what condition the food was in, when did he collect it? He assured me the manager had just handed him the food.
